This exhibition was already planned in 2017 together with FRANK-KIRK EHM-MARKS, everything was prepared when he suffered a severe brain hemorrhage shortly before the opening, from which he never recovered.
Now it has become an exhibition of the Berlin artist, who died in 2022:
NOW MORE THAN EVER!
Using very simple means without virtuoso tricks, but with astonishing formal certainty and a sensitive feel for color, EHM-MARKS spreads out a world full of demons great and small.
His works are represented in renowned collections, I will only mention Charlotte Zander and the Achim Freyer Foundation, as well as in museums, e.g. the Dr. Guislain Museum in Ghent/Belgium.
EHM-MARKS was not only active as an artist, he also published prose poems and was one half of the legendary “Kreuzberg Punch and Judy Show”. He also made forays into the acting and music business.
