Director Jim Jarmusch can do much more than make movies. Together with composer Carter Logan, he makes music under the name SQÜRL.

Avangardistic post-rock drones are their trademark. They wrote the incredible soundtrack for Jarmusch`s vampire movie “Only Lovers left alive” together with musician Jozef van Wissem.

Some ep’s were released on the label of the English ATP Festival. Otherwise the duo is rarely seen live. Usually

they have too much to do, because they are already working on the next film again. That’s why you shouldn’t miss when the duo sets four silent films by Man Ray to music. With Jim Jarmusch there is not just a concert, it has to be a visual concept evening.
