Following the impressive launch of the Berlin Sake Week last year, we are excited to present another highlight this year: An exclusive event on October 7th at the Alice Rooftop.
At this breathtaking location overlooking Berlin’s skyline, Sake enthusiasts can look forward to not only unique Sake experiences but also a culinary menu that is second to none:

Mini Okonomiyaki with Shiso Yuzu Mayo
Deep Fried Sushi Rice Balls on Wakame Salad with Miso Mayo
Served on disposable plates, accompanied by a wooden fork.

Grilled Hokkaido Pumpkin with peanuts cooked in soy milk, served on Yuzu Potato Purée and a touch of Chili-Garlic Crunch

Creamy Quark Flan, topped with Miso Caramel and Lemongrass Plums
