Join us for a flavorful afternoon exploring the rich chili culture of Indonesia! Together with Indonesian artist Vincent Ruhmaloine and chili expert Alexander Hicks, we’ll dive into the traditions, varieties, and preparation methods of Sambal – Indonesia’s iconic chili condiment.
