Venezuela Week returns with mouth-watering arepas and the Venezuelan national dish, Pabellón criollo.

La pelúa – shredded beef brisket in tomato sauce, with queso amarillo
La pelúa vegetariana – vegan beef and oyster mushrooms in tomato sauce, with queso amarillo (vo)
Reina pepiada – pulled chicken and avocado salad
Pollos veganos – vegan chicken, potato and avocado salad
Dominó – Refried black beans with queso fresco (vo)
