Vegan by chance: Workshop & dinner – Italy’s plant-based pastas
In this workshop, you’ll learn:
How to make 3 plant-based fresh pastas at home – Together we’ll craft three types of pasta: cavatelli, pici, and culurgiones, each paired with a plant-based sauce that’s easy to recreate at home.
The background and history of the dishes – We will share stories about our connection with them, and the surprising lessons they can teach us about plant-based cooking.
Customizing your pastas and sauces – Along the way, we will pass down our own knowledge with tips and tricks on the pasta-making process—on ingredient choices, adjusting flavors, and preparation techniques.
What’s included:
Hands-on guidance to make the pasta and sauces at the workshop.
Zine with all the recipes, plus access to a PDF version.
A dinner with wine, lots of pasta, and good music.
