DESCRIPTION:The GERMAN RUM FESTIVAL is undoubtedly one of the largest events in the world dedicated exclusively to rum\, rhum and cachaca. For 13 years\, it has earned a reputation as an absolute highlight in the event calendar and attracts thousands of visitors and exhibitors from all over the world. \nIn 2023\, the festival was once again able to impress and convince: with more than 70 stands\, over 150 renowned brands were presented and there were even over 500 different bottlings to discover. These figures impressively illustrate that rum is not only fascinating and extraordinary\, but also the most versatile spirit in the world. Whether you are new to the world of rum or already an experienced connoisseur\, every visitor will find something to suit their taste at the GERMAN RUM FESTIVAL. The variety on offer leaves nothing to be desired! In addition to the numerous stands with high-quality products\, great importance was also attached to quenching the participants’ thirst for knowledge. Over 20 tastings and master classes offered exciting insights into the world of rum. The various presentations not only discussed taste notes\, but also topics such as production processes\, barrel ageing and ecological aspects.
