In the US they’re corn dogs. In Australia, they’re Pluto Pups, Dagwood Dogs, Battered Savs… The premise is the same. A deep fried sausage. We’ll be doing it with the Sausage Man’s famous käsekrainer, one of the greatest sausages known to man. We’ll be skewering these succulent cheese kranskies right up the business end, dipping them in batter and frying them to a crisp; before dunking their crispy heads into a homemade spicy ketchup. They’re debaucherous and delicious in equal measures, and will be in strictly limited supply. The choice is yours. Stay home and stay healthy, or join us and get fat.
