Mexican stew with hominy corn and beef or vegan barbacoa mince,
served with side of garnishes: tortilla strips, lime, radish,
coriander, pickled red onion and chilis

Two tortillas filled with Birria slow cooked beef and cheese, dipped in Birria stew and grilled. Served with birria stew dip. vegan or veggie optional with barbacoa vegan mince.
