Delicias del Peru: A week of Peruvian delights:
The cuisine of Peru is among the most diverse in South America, with influences from Europe, Asia and West Africa, as well as Creole and traditional indigenous elements.
We will be exploring the “Delights of Peru” for a whole weekend with Ceviche (refreshing seafood salad) and Aji de Gallina (creamy and spicy pulled chicken), all washed down with a strong Pisco Sour or Chilcano. And as always, half of the menu will be vegan.
Menu (all gluten free):
Ceviche – pollock, lime, red onion, coriander, leche de tigre, chili amarillo, cancha, sweet potato €14
Ceviche veganos – heart of palm, melon, lime, red onion, coriander, leche de verduras, chili amarillo, cancha, sweet potato €14
Aji de Gallina – pulled chicken in aji amarillo sauce, with rice, olives and potatoes €13 (add egg €1)
Aji de Gallina veganos – vegan soy chicken in aji amarillo sauce, with rice, olives and potatoes €13 (add egg €1)
Combo meal –
small ceviche and small aji de gallina €18 (vegan optional)
Yuca fries with salsa aji €6
